Specialist and experienced advisors on occupations, courses of study and careers talk to clients who have had an accident or been ill, about their professional prospects and options. They use specific, personalised procedures to assess their skills and preferences. Depending on the outcome of the assessment, together they identify professional goals, training paths and reintegration plans for a successful, permanent return to work.
