Occupational assessments and preparation for work

In the basic occupational assessment, professionals in occupational reintegration assess our clients' practical and theoretical skills and their ability to learn.

Depending on the results, specific reintegration measures are identified and implemented in cooperation with social security providers. The follow-up assessment phase focuses on reviewing occupational goals by means of initial work placements in the jobs market. These will often help to prepare our clients for retraining or for direct reintegration in employment. We also offer a period of preparation for retraining.

The occupational assessments and preparation time can be combined with spending time at the clinic as an out-patient or in-patient. Clients have the opportunity to stay the night close to the clinic.
