Reintegration consultation

The reintegration consultation is a point of contact for patients who, due to their limitations, will probably no longer be able to do their original job in future, whose employment has been terminated or who are worried about losing their job. Those affected will be signed up for a consultation by the doctor. During this interview, an analysis of the situation as well as an assessment of the patient’s professional future and entitlements to social security benefits will be prepared. If appropriate, follow-up measures will be recommended during the reintegration consultation together with the referring doctors. A written report is provided.
