Organisational development
The Organisational Development department supports the CEO of the Bellikon Rehabilitation Clinic in the areas of quality, risk, project and process management.
The quality policy provides a binding framework for the activities of the Organisational Development department. The most important cornerstones are the focus on the interests of the stakeholders, the operational activities within controlled processes and the continuous further development of our services and processes.
Outcome quality, customer satisfaction and process quality are the most important criteria for assessing the benefits of rehabilitation. The quality of outcomes is regularly reviewed for each patient during the course of rehabilitation and is continuously customised. Patient and referrer satisfaction are used as feedback instruments to assess quality from the customer's perspective. Process quality is evaluated by means of audits in accordance with the ISO 9001 standard. In addition, the Bellikon Rehabilitation Clinic fulfils the quality criteria of SW!SS REHA, the association of leading rehabilitation clinics in Switzerland.
