Nursing care and intermediate rehabilitation care
A team of highly qualified and dedicated nurses look after our patients around the clock and help them and their families deal with the changes in their lives and achieve the best possible quality of life.
We use a rehabilitative approach, encouraging patients to be independent.
To ensure that patients' individual treatment goals are met, the nurses work in accordance with tried-and-tested care concepts that cover three areas:
- Therapeutic activating care
- Basic and treatment-related care
- Support in coping with disabilities
To enable us to consistently provide these services under the best possible conditions, we place great importance on practical education, training and continuing education for our care providers and on developing care in a scientific way.
To ensure that we can continue to guarantee a high service standard in the future, we help to provide training for health care specialists and students studying nursing at colleges higher and technical nursing colleges or vocational education institutions or pursuing a Bachelor's degree in nursing.
Our range of care services comprises the following specialised areas:
- Intermediate rehabilitation care unit
- Diagnostics and wound treatment (DIWU)
- Pharmacy
- Hospital hygiene
- IDEM (Im Dienste eines Mitmenschen / In the service of fellow human beings)
