As a patient with semi-private insurance cover, you will stay in a twin room with a safe, telephone, TV/radio and free public WiFi. You will receive a cosmetics set as a welcome gift. You can choose from different lunch and dinner menus each day in Mercato restaurant or order à la carte in our Premium restaurant Abalone. Our room service will tend to your individual needs. In between therapy sessions, you can use the Down Town leisure area with a cinema, the GameZone and the Kreative Atelier for artistic activities free of charge.

- Medical care from a member of medical management/deputy medical manager or a member of the medical directorate and an assistant doctor
- Weekly interdisciplinary visit from a member of medical management/deputy medical manager or a member of the medical directorate and an assistant doctor
- An additional weekly visit from a member of medical management/deputy medical manager or a member of the medical directorate
- Treatment consultation (weekly) with a member of group management
- Care consultation (weekly) with the ward manager
- One-on-one therapy with an experienced, qualified therapist
