This is why we provide targeted support: education and further training as well as on-the-job and off-the-job measures help us to continually develop our employees’ knowledge and skills.

We also operate a talent management scheme to identify possible leaders, project personnel and specialists and provide them with individual development measures to prepare them for potential new roles. In this area too, we use both internal and external training programmes.
