Social services
Rehabilitation can potentially lead to new living conditions. The consequences of an illness or an accident therefore mean that those affected, their family and caregivers sometimes face a new way of life. That's why social and occupational reintegration is often an extremely important goal, which the Social Services team helps to achieve.
We offer advice, guidance and support to patients and their family in hospital and in outpatient settings. We work with you to come up with individual solutions and also provide advice on all kinds of matters relating to practical life.
Interdisciplinary cooperation with other sectors of the clinic is crucial. It goes without saying that data protection is guaranteed in this regard.
